Round 9: Ch 2, and put 1 sc in each st around as shown. Sl st to the top of the beginning ch 2 to join round.

Rounds 10-13: Repeat rounds 8-9, alternating.

To Attach Keychain Ring:

Step 1: ch 75

Step 2: Next, attach the project to the keychain ring as shown, by essentially creating a sc around the ring. Then, ch 1.

Step 3: Now, sl st all of the ch that you just created, back down to the base of the project. When you reach the bottom, put 1 sl st into the st that you originally started chaining from as well.

Step 4: Sl st the next 16 stitches.

Now repeat steps 1-4, two more times. Then cut yarn and weave in all ends.

Place your small plant & pot into your new handmade hanger, and tie a knot about 6 inches down from the keychain as shown for a little extra added detail.

Ta da! You’re all finished, enjoy! 😉

Loved this plant hanger! Have been looking at crochet patterns (still love to macrame) but none had everything I wanted; this one checked all the boxes! Thank you so much for the easy to follow pattern and the video backup! It will be in my stable from now on! ps can you post one with beads?
