Fits Teen’s / Women’s Size Small
Notes: To alter (length) sizing, add or decrease starting chain in increments of 4 per inch.
To alter (width) sizing, add or decrease the amount of rows by 3 per inch.
Materials:
1 Skein of Kartopu Cozy Wool Sport yarn
5mm crochet hook
Scissors
Ruler
Large Eye Tapestry Needle (for sewing top & weaving in ends)
Abbreviations:
ch = chain
hdc = half double crochet
Directions:
(Make 2)
Ch 27
Row 1: Put 1 hdc into the 3rd ch from hook, and in each ch across the entire row.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn work. Put 1 hdc in the 1st stitch from the previous row below, and in each stitch across.
Rows 3-19: Repeat row 2.
Cut yarn, leaving an extra long tail to sew up top.
Finishing: Using the long tail of yarn threaded through the tapestry needle, fold the rectangle in half lenghwise, and sew 2″ in. Leave a 2″ gap for the thumbhole, and then sew the rest of the glove up (2″) to complete the glove.
Weave in all ends. All finished! 🙂
